1. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Reception Floors to ensure that the customers are satisfactory with the office & facility service provided by the company.

2. Handle the phone calls, facilitate the customers/visitors/guests in a tactful manner.

3. Answer the customer inquiries. Accommodate the customers for their needs of office spaces, facility service, and prepare other relevant documents in regards to company’s service; i.e., quotations, invoices, receipts to the customers.

4. Monitor the inventory of office supplies; then purchase/replenish (when needed). Supervise the housekeepers to ensure the cleanliness/tidiness of the office at all time; and perform other essential duties as assigned (when necessary).
