1. Responsible for the sales and engineering support in the Customer Service team; i.e., prepare the quotation for machine optimization (follow Service Engineer for on-site visit), prepare the checklist before the visit, and follow up orders with the customers.

2. Coordinate with the Engineering team to create/validate the BOM list for new retrofits order. Issue SOP, create BOM to system, and share information among the concerned team members.

3. Attend the Production Meeting, follow up the status, and update to the customers.

4. Create the check list for new retrofits order before shipment to ensure that the installation of the products on-site to complete smoothly.

5. Provide a consultation to customers; e.g., coordinate and follow up on small retrofits, prepare the spare parts quotation, recommendation of parts for new machine, and occasionally visit the local/oversea customers on site for retrofits project.

6. Find the company parts number in SolidEdge drawing; extract the information from equipment manuals for the Specialist team; and draft the simple mechanical design.
