1. Responsible for the customer service handling the daily phone calls/e-mails from local/oversea customers to ensure the shipment is well taken care of and delivered by schedules.
2. Receive the customer complaints, keep record then divert the matters to the concerned parties for further action for solving the problem for the customers and follow up when necessary.
3. Prepare the supporting documents, filing for reference, and perform other essential duties to ensure the smooth operation in Customer Service team.
4. Supervise other junior customer service officers in the team; and performed other relevant duties as assign by the General Manager.
